Stylmark is an ESOP, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. This structure grants company stock
to employees at year-end. Once one qualifies for the plan, stock is earned by their proportion of
qualified payroll. It’s easy, it’s automatic, and it’s at no-cost to the employee.

What does this mean to me?

An ESOP is a tax-qualified retirement plan. Unlike 401(k)s, our ESOP requires no out-of-pocket
contribution from employees. Ownership provides a tremendous wealth building opportunity –
owners receive annual allocations of company stock and benefit from the compound growth
through increases of the share price.
