Return Policy
Stylmark’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we support this goal with a three month return policy on stocked items (those found in the stocked extrusions page of this website) in first quality condition, subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returned materials should be wrapped for protection and tightly bundled to prevent movement in shipping. We cannot accept returns of materials that have tape marks, scratches or other imperfections. Large quantity returns are subject to Stylmark approval. Follow these quick steps for a fast return:

  1. Call 1-800-328-2495 and ask for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return materials to us without first obtaining an RMA number. If possible, provide an order or invoice number. All returns are credited using discount prices unless specifically referenced to an invoice.
  2. Return the materials to us (shipped prepaid) within 21 days of authorization, clearly marking each package with the RMA number. Include the RMA number on the packing slip. Returns shipped freight collect will be back-charged for freight.
  3. Upon inspection and approval, a credit will be issued to your account.

Limited Warranty
Stylmark products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service when properly installed. This warranty is limited to actual invoiced charges; we are not liable for any other damages or charges. Click to view complete warranty statement

To make a warranty claim, notify Stylmark, at which time Stylmark will determine whether the defective product will be replaced, corrected, or credited. A warranty claim will not be considered if Stylmark product has been modified in any fashion prior to notifying us.

Prepay and Add Freight
Stylmark is pleased to announce the addition of a Prepay & Add freight option for your domestic shipments. 

Eliminate the hassles associated with collect freight deliveries and let us find the most economical rate to meet your requested delivery.  We will share the benefits of our established relationships with multiple carriers and pass those savings on to you. 

To take advantage of this new option, simply talk to your customer service representative when you are ready to place your order. Once your order is completed and in shipping, our staff will compare up to ten carriers’ rates and service levels and select the one that best fits your needs. 
This option is available to customers with established terms or those that will remit via credit card.

 Extrusion Dies and Tooling
Unless otherwise designated in writing, all dies and tooling remains the property of Stylmark.  We hold tooling for a minimum of two years.  If no order is received in any two-year period, we reserve the right to dispose of the tooling.

Shortages and Damaged Shipments
Claims for shortages are accepted in writing within 10 days of shipment. Stylmark cannot be responsible for damages or shortages caused by carrier mishandling. In this case, you should notify the carrier to file a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers for inspection until advised by the carrier to dispose of them. On orders delivered by motor freight carrier, notify the carrier’s agent at the time of delivery. If you accept short or damaged shipment from the delivering carrier without proper notification by this agent, do so at your own risk.

On orders for customer-specified products, the customer agrees to protect and indemnify Stylmark against any infringement claims.
