Placing an Order
You may place an order with us by either fax or telephone. When placing an order, please specify the finish number. Finish numbers and samples are located on our color/finish card (call to request one if needed). When ordering brushed or buffed finishes, please refer to our catalog to verify the surface that is brushed. Order acknowledgements will be sent upon request. A minimum order charge of $50.00 applies to all orders.
Stocked extrusions: Available for shipment within one business day. Refer to the Stocked Extrusions section of this website for a list of stocked extrusions and finishes.
Non-stocked and fabricated items: Call for shipping lead times. Typically, we strive to ship non-stock orders within one week, and fabricated orders within one to four weeks. To maintain the promised shipping date, fax us a written purchase order within 24 hours of our quote.
Curved materials: Call for shipping lead times. Lead times for curved materials may vary.
Methods of Payment
With approved credit, we will ship your order on an open 30-day account. To open an account, simply request a credit application or download the form from the Download Forms page. Open accounts are subject to 1%-15 days/net 30 terms.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prepayment by check is also an option, and we can accept checks via fax. Call our Customer Service Department for details.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Stylmark. Larger orders and 12' lengths are shipped freight collect via truck lines selected by Stylmark, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Smaller orders and extrusions cut to 8' or less are shipped best way freight collect unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling charges for UPS shipments are added to your invoice. Expedited shipping available upon request.
Stylmark reserves the right to ship customer pick-up orders via best method if the order has not been picked up within three days of the scheduled date.
